Pros: easy to use, Simple controls/menu, Nice features/settings, Bright LCD, Lightweight/Portable, good battery life, durable
Cons: Poor Low-Light Performance
I've had this camera for...oh...4 years. I am the family photographer. It has everything I need to take basic photos. It is very easy to use. I can just turn it on and go. If I need to take better shots it's not hard to adjust things like the white balance for example. It takes nice pictures. Sometimes I get a spectacular shot and sometimes I get a really bad one. It dosen't work to well in low light but I think most cameras are like that. You just have to work around it. I have taken great pictures of flowers close up. Outdoor pictures of the kids always turn out great. It fits nicely in my jeans pocket. The battery life is normal. I always have spares. It is very durable. I've dropped it MANY times and it's still ok. After all these years I think it's getting old and the flash isn't working properly. It's getting slow too. But It's still great. I think buying it would be a great choice. I'm sure by the time it starts to wear down you'll be buying a new model. Just like I'm in the process of doing now...
