Pros: vari-angle lcd, supports full feature lenses, hd 1920x1080 video, raw images, for the pro or candid photographer, good battery life

I decided on the Canon 60D because it supports my full frame lenses along with the EF-S lenses. The full HD 1920x1080 video is simply awesome. The swivel out vari-angle LCD monitor is a must for macro photography. I only photograph in RAW so I can get the best photographs always with the APS-C size sensor. 18.0 Megapixels does just what I need to do from professional portraiture to action sports shooting. I have had nothing but good luck with this camera at capturing everything I point it at. Battery life is good and with the extended battery for two batteries I get 3x the photographs.

Excellent Camera. If you purchase, also purchase the 100 mm macro lense. You wont be sorry!!
