Pros: Super-sharp images, Superior build quality, Fast auto-focus, Compact Design, light
I got this lens with my EOS a few years ago, and I use it to help provide slightly closer shots than with my 35-105mm lens. It has great performance and is a reasonable size. It is also pretty light, so I don't need to put my hand underneath the lens to prevent the camera from tilting downward. Because this lens came with the camera, I have not rated the Price/Value.
