Pros: excellent quality copies, very reliable
Cons: feeder jams once in a while
I've had it for 4 years and it works great. It makes excellent quality copies, is a real workhorse and is very durable, reliable and cost efficient for the home/office environment. Great product!

This printer gets everything printed quickly and efficiently. It's way better than my HP and other printers.

Pros: easy to use, versatile, portable room to room, pc printer (xp)
Cons: needs cleaning kit, needs driver for mac, no scanner
I've loved this unit, purchased 3 of them for around the office. The combination of computer printer combined with a copier is great for a single user station. However, after a couple of years in service, the ADF is starting to stick and I don't see a kit to clean it more thoroughly or fix the problem. I've also had some problems downloading the manual for this unit today. Hopefully that will clear up, I would like to get another year's service out of these units, they have been a pleasure up until now?

I've had mine for over four years and it still impresses me on the high quality it provides with no maintenance at all. I use mine for my copy anf fax business and my clients say i've got the best copies in town. Some even say that the copies are sharper looking than the original documents. I would highly recommend it and would buy the same imageclass D860 again!
