Pros: autofocus system

Used this camera strictly for D-1 college hockey and D-3 college baseball and football. This camera gave me the largest percentage of in focus shots when shooting in AI Servo AF of any camera I've owned. The custom white balance gave me great color in changing light. It was as fast as it needed to be when in the hands of someone who was very familiar with the camera. All controls were intuitive for the experienced Canon user. A better range in the ISO would have helped in low light but there was always software for that.
