Great copier and printer. We don't use FAX feature. Just what we wanted at a great price. BUT, I am amazed, really dazed to find that I can't produce a total machine copy count. Most copiers, printers can produce a status page at the push of a real or virtual button. I mean this machine can do everything but babysit your kids and there's no copy count. Seems to me that should be something to expect in a machine this sophisticated and capable.

Pros: reliable, durable, High Quality Output, fast print speed
Cons: Large Footprint
The printer does all we need it to do. It scans, it prints, although it doesn't email we don't find that a problem. It prints with speed and reliability. The printer was also relatively easy to install on each computer and it's functions were easily networked. Thanks Canon!
