This PIXMA MX 320 printer continues to have a :paper jam" problem and no matter what I do, it simply will not print. What a waste of expensive ink and clunky plastic. Now I have to buy a new one or pay that price to fix a sensor.

Love it! The price is so right. Very easy to use. I have used it more to fax then anything & I am very pleased with its performance. My daughter is in the process of buying a home and has used it for coping, scanning, printing & faxing...she wants one now!

As a document printer and copier I have no problems with the MX320.
The following problems may be the user, not the product, but...
I have had troubles with the color on photos. The auto default for colors isn't accurate. When trying to adjust the colors and etc. I still can't make the photos look right.
I also have trouble sending a scanned photo or document in an email. I can find the scanned item, but I can't use them.

This is the first printer/copier/fax/scanner I've owned. I can't believe how easy it is to use. Scanning is a breeze. The software that comes with the printer makes tasks as simple as picking buttons. The price was unbelievable when I saw this on sale at Sam's. I never expected so much for my money. The machine is unbelievable for the money I paid.

Good printer for the money. Lots of great features such as scan, copy, fax, photo printing. Easy to install and the features are easy to use.
However, the XL Ink cartridges do not put out as many copies as I believe they should, especially for the money they cost.
I purchased this printer in the middle of Nov.2010. It came with small ink cartridges which didn't last very long (but then I knew they wouldn't) so prepared ahead of time by purchasing XL Black 210 and XL Color 211 replacements. I installed the new Black XL Cartridge on 12/02/10 which as of today, Feb.9, 2011, the Ink Status Alert tells me , should be replaced soon. Since installing it I've printed approximately 260 sheets of stock 8x10 paper. On Jan. 11, 2011, I installed the new XL Color and only printed 8 4X6 color pictures and Ink Status says approximately 1/4 remains.
Compared to my previous brand printer & ink usage, this printer IS more expensive to use.

The photos printed did come out true to colors, however, you must be careful when taking them out of the printer as they are not completely dry, which was not the case in my previous printer.
Overall print speed is medium, but what seems to take up most of the time is the fact that the printer has to continually reset itself before proceeding to copy, scan, and/or print job. Very time consuming if one is in a hurry.
The size of the printer doesn't bother me, it's actually smaller and weighs a lot less than my previous "All in One" printer. I haven't had it long enough to speak of its durability.

We bought this model for our business because it's 3 items in 1 machine, so there's no need to buy several components. It copies, faxes, & scans beautifully, as well as prints awesome color photos with ease.
The software was really easy to install, & I set it all up including hooking up the fax/phone lines etc. in a matter of minutes! The price was great, & the ink jets for this model are way less than other name brand ink jet cartridges. Thank you for making such a user-friendly machine that does it all!

Purchased the Canon 310 about 9 months ago. The printer kept getting printer jams - false printer jams. The paper would feed approximatley 1/4 and then the false printer jam message would appear. I searched on line and read a couple of forums. It appears as if this is a common issue with this printer however no support to fix the problem. I am highly disappointed and would not recommend this printer to anyone.
The printer is also very slow to print - whenever you send a print job to the printer, it takes about 2 to 3 minutes to warm up before printing.

Purchased this all-in-one and it broke in 10 months. I used it only 3 times because I had another printer, and it just began to chronically get paper jams. Terrible.

I use my printer for personal use; it used for printing,faxing,& scanning so I can fax. I 've owned more expensive brands which did not work as well as this Canon does. It faxes things quickly. The quality of the print is exceptional as well as the colors. The price of this printer is inexpensive compared to other brands.

The Canon MX320 multifunction printer/scanner/fax has been a wonderful upgrade from my previous Canon printer. The equipment if extremely easy to use - even by a novice such as myself. The print jobs always comes out perfectly. Scanning is extremely easy to accomplish and allows items to be sorted appropriately. I have never been happier with an in home/office piece of equipment such as this.

Beleave me this is the best purchase I've made. My husband is an accountant and when he saw my PIXMA MX320 he was about to explode. I quickly Itold him the purchase price and he calmed down but said quality wouldn't be any good. Well he was wrong and has admitted it. Everything is outstanding about this machine. Now as a plus we found out the ink cartridges are cheaper than the ones from our previous machines. The hubby actually tells me " honey you did good" every time he uses the machine. I say go for it you can't lose.

The MX320 has all the tools great printing, copier,scanner and fax however recieving a fax is a bit of a problem if your not home to pick up the reciver otherwise it will not distinquish in tele mode and recieve a fax (bummer).
