Pros: so reasonably priced!, great inkjet quality
Cons: a little noisy after printing is completed.
This fax machine does an excellent job for business or personal fax needs. Great quality for a reasonable price. Very easy to set up and use. Tech Support is so helpful anytime you need them. Canon is a highly reputable company that makes great products.

Very good machine for the money. My only beef is that it doesn't have a lower tray to catch copies and/or faxes. If it did, it would be perfect.

Pros: well constructed, produces very readable faxes
Cons: missing microphone for onhook use, no answering machine
I have been using this fax machine for about a month now. It has performed well, but since we receive a limited number of faxes, I can't vouch for its durability over time and use. I did like having the on hook feature, but was surprised that the related microphone to fully use the on-hook feature was missing. Also it should have been fairly easy to include an answering machine feature to make this machine a complete fax solution. All in all, my general 4 rating is my feeling that this is a good fax solution for small office and home users, but it could have been a great fax with the inclusion of the features that I mentioned above.
