Pros: print quality great, scanning was quick, copy is simple, easy to understand web interface
Cons: cartridge on the small side, a little slow at times, duplex is slow
We purchased two of these units three months ago and they have been good to us all around. If I had to gripe about them it would be the fact that the cartridge is a little small for the amount of prints we did.

Pros: double-side copying
Cons: can't create a custom activity log
We needed more than a basic copier. All the functions work great and it's been very dependable.
