Huge design flaw.
This purchase was made with one of the main selling points that an individual could sit at a desk and print multiple pages. This can occur but the pages continually curl up in the catch basin and pages just pile up and fall to floor. Thus there is NO batching and there is NO systmatic catch basin. It is fustrating and time consuming to have to man each page as it prints and place into catch basin. This is not effective use of time. This is a huge flaw in design. We are disassisfied with the end result.

Pros: reliable, durable, High Productivity, High Quality Output, easy to use
Cons: flimsy construction of stand
Overall this printer is a good investment. The inks last awhile. They are very easy to change. The one major draw back that I have found with this printer is the construction of the stand. The stand is not made for 36" wide paper to stack in. I am using 20# inkjet bond and it keeps curling up in the catch one right on top of another. But other than the stand this is a good machine.
