Pros: easy to use, great sound, small size, price!
Cons: very short battery life, grainy in low light.
I picked up two of these to shoot weddings. They are very easy to use. The images look very good, especially when the lighting is adequate. Transferring video to FCPX is easy, using either the cable, or transferring video to SD cards.
I only had to look at the manual a couple of times. For the most part the camera is very intuitive.
The sound quality is also quite good, right from the onboard microphone.
