I had a 40+ year IT career and have been a Canon enthusiast for at least 30 years. Never have I encountered a product as poor as Imagebrowser. If you can get it to load -- and that's a big IF-- it is slow as molasses and given to numerous stoppages. Canon makes great cameras and lenses: I can't say the same for software.

Pros: it is free!
Cons: terrible user interface, wastes cpu with analyzing faces, color scheme is unchangeable
Imagebrowser EX is a terrible product. Do not waste your time and effort installing it on your computer.
I use the EOS Utility and Digital Photo Professional software that come with my excellent Canon EOS Rebel T4i camera instead. They actually work and are not to difficult to learn to use.
