Pros: durable, Easy Setup, easy to use, Low Ink Consumption, reliable, Sharp Tones & Colors
Wow glad to see someone has this printer. and whats even better is that you've used it for a long time and just wrote a recent review. Im in the same boat. just bought a new laptop with win7,but had this printer who knows how long. still works fine. takes time to buffer when I print but other than that its taken my abuse over the years and still runs well.

I have had the printer 4 years and it has never let me down. Its great for photos with good clear pics and true color.
The only frustrating tproblem is it takes a long ltime to clean it self. I have added several optional programs from Canon's driver section and also have it linked to a 5600F scanner and the pair perform superbly.
