Pros: reliable paper feed, features in printer driver, great photos
Cons: ink cost
After nearly 40,000 sheets of paper and/or photos, I can honestly say this is one great printer. I was afraid I would lose it in the Windows 7 miasma but found a printer driver add-on that preserves it's usefulness. Thanks, Canon. It is in constant use by myself and my grandson. The default mode is set to Draft which looks as good or better than a lot of other printer's Fine mode!! I think it's due to the nozzle count but leave that argument to the technicians. Whatever the reason is, it works. And photos are stunning to say the least. No one else I tried touches Canon for photos. Must be the 6 color design.
