Pros: Good Exposure performance, Superior build quality, Fast recycling time
Cons: noisy
I bought this flash about 5 years ago and have used it on occasions when I need a flash. I think it works best with a fast lens, otherwise it drains batteries pretty quickly. The main draw back to the flash is that there is no manual mode...This can have its disadvantages when you want to do bounce flash or something like that. Overall, I'm pleased with it, but I'm not ready to buy a 550...

I bought this to attach to my EOS. It has plenty of features and i have had NO problems with it. Its also quite durable, hitting a hard floor and working perfectly. If you are looking for a high quality flash, this is the way to go.

Pros: Fast recycling time, Good Exposure performance, quiet
This is a very good product. I bought it to use with the 20D Camera. The automatic functions match the camera for the type of personal photography I do. The results have been better than I thought and expected. I would recommend it.
