I have no idea how many years I have had this scanner. It has never failed me since Windows Xx...AND if this Vista driver works on Windows 7 64bit I will be using it for years to come. There's value than there's obscene value. The only reason I will be buying the Canon LiDE 200 is because I won't be able to get my LiDE 50 to work on Windows 7 64bit. Thank you Canon for giving us way more value than is reasonable to expect from any product! Did I mention that this is the only brand scanner I will buy for as long as I live?....Well it is!

Pros: durable, Fast Connectivity, High resolution, easy to use, elegant and sleek design
I have just installed this scanner on my new computer running Windows 7. Previously I used it with XP and also with ME. It is efficient and the picture quality is very high. Copying documents and pictures is easy. I appreciate being able to store it vertically when not in use. It looks sleek and elegant in my office.

This Cannon has really been a good scanner because it keeps on scanning after many years of use.

I've used this app for about 3 years. It does all that I need it to. However, it is not a universal binary application for Mac OS X.
