Pros: good battery life, Lightweight/Portable, Simple controls/menu, easy to use
I bought this in mid 2003 as my first digital camera. I must say that at that time, I found it quite impressive due to its compact size, LCD screen, and sliding lens cover. It seemed so easy to take photos, then put them on you computer. It was also impressive that I could retake a shot if it came out poorly, unlike my old 16 and 35mm cameras. There were better cameras out around this time, but this was still a great camera for the casual user when it was new.

Pros: Good Low-Light Performance, excellent image quality, Lightweight/Portable
Cons: Short battery life
It's been a great camera, then the lcd went out I contacted Cannon to see what my options were and they said they would fix it under a recall so I sent it to them got it back in a few weeks and it has returned to its glory as a great camera. shame they no longer make it.

Takes decent pictures if you can get it to last on full batteries for longer than half a day.

Pros: easy to use, Simple controls/menu, Nice features/settings, Bright LCD, excellent image quality, portable, good battery life, durable, macro capability
I bought this camera years ago to use in my business. We use it to doucment product damage such as dents, scratches, etc. It was the only value priced camera with a macro setting to allow us to get clear close-ups while still providing all around acceptable digital defination. It has handled the treatment in a commercial crating facility and on-site jobs. Never had a problem since we started using it.
