Pros: High Quality Output, fast print speed, durable, reliable, Easy Setup, easy to use
I purchased my D320 at a much higher price years ago. It has proven to be reliable & useful. When I upgraded to a Windows 7 operating system my old print drive would not work. I phoned and e-mailed Canon. Their reps assured me that a download would be forthcoming online.
Canon's reps were very courteous & knowledgeable, and a W7 drive was quickly posted on-line, with easy to follow instructions.
The D320 has proven to be an excellent machine, and I am pleased with the support & service than Canon offers. So much so that Canon products will be given full consideration in all future purchases.

Pros: reliable, Easy Setup, easy to use, works with vista
Cons: Large Footprint, hate rebates
Works and is Vista compatible. Disks in box have Vista software. Was original for XP and older Microsoft OS but to Canon's credit they updated the software! They support their products well unlike some other printer makers.

The Canon website has Vista printer drivers for 32 and 64 bit editions.
XP drivers on the CD will not work in Vista.
Unlike HP, Canon supports its printers for Vista and probably Windows 7 [since it is so similar to Vista]

Pros: High Quality Output, fast print speed, durable, reliable, Easy Setup, easy to use
Cons: not vista compatable
This was a great printer/copier when using XP. It however does not work with Vista. There is nothing wrong with the machine. I can go back to XP and it work great. I would recommend you check compatability issues before purchasing.
Functionally, the machine is great. It is quick at making copies and the tonor cartridges last a long time. The print quality is fantastic. I have had it for over two years and other than the Vista issue, have not had any major problems.

Pros: High Quality Output, fast print speed, durable, reliable, Easy Setup, easy to use
This machine is great. It makes copies quick and affordable. It is just as quick as some of the big copiers. The toner lasts a long time. I really like the drum being with the toner. Copy quilitry is excellent. This is a great choice to buy for a copirer.

Pros: High Quality Output, durable, reliable, easy to use
I purchased this machine 12/07 and I am quite pleased. It prints well and quickly. The best feature of this machine is the longevity of the toner cartridge. I have gone through at least 10,000 copies and have yet to change the toner. The cost savings alone over inkjets makes this worth the price.
I have had maybe 5 jams that were easy to clear. If I have one complaint it's that sometimes the self feed option results in crooked copies.

I am a pastor - who needs affordability and efficiency. This product is by far - the best for the money I have ever had. We have saved hundreds of $ every year! I highly recommend you throw your dinosaur copier / scanner / printer in the dumpster and purchase this instead! You WILL SAVE MONEY!!!!!!!!

Its an all around Great Printer.I have had many printers cheaper ones first time I bought a more expensive one.And trust me it is well worth it its a great printer. But the down fall is the ink cartridge is almost half the price of what the printer cost .But the ink has still not run out and I have used it for a year.So Its last a long long long time.
